By purchasing CE x MmeHuillet Collections means you are agreeing to the following terms & condition:

• All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. No refund and No exchange policy applies for all items in this collection.
• Clemence Ellery does not accept any Buy Back for Limited Edition items, including the CE x MmeHuillet collection.
• Any faulty item might be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items. Customer may notify us by phone (WhatsApp) or email. Should you require a repair, please contact us with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. Clemence Ellery will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
• All shipping cost incurred will be borne by the customer.
